Bethesda announced a live concert today celebrating the 10th anniversary of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The concert will broadcast live on Twitch and YouTube tomorrow, November 11 at 2 PM ET. November 11 also marks the date of Skyrim’s original launch in 2011, as well as when the game will arrive on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S this year. The concert will feature the London Symphony Orchestra alongside the London Voices choir group, both of which have previously contributed to various video game soundtracks....

E3 isn’t going to be completely devoid of conferences in 2019! Bethesda has confirmed that they will be holding their annual press conference on Sunday, June 9th at 5:30 PT. The conference promises new announcements and deep dives on previously announced titles. Bethesda noted that fans should expect an in-depth look at Doom: Eternal which is slated to release some time in 2019. I’d expect a long gameplay demo, similar to what they did for the original Doom reboot back in 2015....

Today, during Bethesda’s E3 2018 showcase, Rage 2 got an intriguing new gameplay trailer with plenty more carnage to sort through. Bethesda brought out musician Andrew W.K. on stage to perform “Ready to Die,” the song used in the Rage 2 trailer. Then, viewers were treated to an extended look at one of the playable missions in the game. The Eden Space Port mission was showcased during the stream as Walker went out in search of a rare artifact to assist him on his quest for revenge....

This part of the beta also coming to PlayStation 4 first. Treyarch has announced the beta date for the highly anticipated first look at the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout mode. The Blackout Beta will begin on September 10th, 2018 according to Treyarch. This will be the first spot where anyone will be able to play the new Call of Duty: Battle Royale mode. A short video was added to the Call of Duty Twitter account which showed a logo of sorts for the Blackout Mode as well as the announcement that there would be Solo, Duos, and Quads game modes....

Unfortunate news for Blood Bowl 3 fans — the game’s release date has been further delayed. The game was meant to release in February 2022; however, it has been postponed due to the ongoing pandemic. Blood Bowl 3 publisher Nacon recently put out a statement confirming the delaying of the release date. “The pandemic has impacted production times, and these new dates will allow our development teams to give their fans polished games without compromising on our quality targets,” said Nucon....

Citing the potential of the electric vehicles market in India, Bajaj Auto, India’s biggest three-wheeler manufacturer, has announced that it will launch its first three-wheeled EVs in the first quarter of 2023. Batman Beyond: The Complete Series Limited Edition box set his store shelves today. The series was short-lived but beloved by many. Batman Beyond: What’s In the Box The now-iconic series has been remastered for the first time on Blu-ray. The limited-edition set is stuffed full of extras. The collection will feature over 1,500 minutes of entertainment spread over four Blu-ray discs. Warner Bros. has also packed in 2 bonus discs of enhanced content....

EA & DICE have announced the first portion of downloadable content for Battlefield 3 will be called “Close Quarters”. Since the developer released the “Back to Karkand” expansion shortly following release, fans have been clamoring for more content for the shooter. The expansion pack will include four maps, ten new weapons, but no vehicles and is said to be coming this June! EA did reveal their DLC plans for Battlefield 3 going forward, and it will feature two more expansions to the game the next to come after June....

The recent announcement and reveal of Battlefield 3 has caused quite a stir among first person shooter fans, now eagerly awaiting the arrival of DICE’s next iteration of the franchise. The tech demonstrations that were put on display at GDC, and this weekend’s showing at PAX East, have confirmed what we’ve all known all along, Battlefield 3 is going to be a phenomenal game, at least from a technical standpoint....

DICE tries to calm Battlefield Community reassuring that there are no loot boxes in the game.
