Arc System Works has revealed today four more characters joining their crossover fighting game BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle. They are fighters coming from series like Persona, Under Night In-Birth, and of course, BlazBlue itself. They are Yukiko Amagi from Persona 4 Arena, Gordeau from Under Night In-Birth and Azrael from BlazBlue: Central Fiction. The video shows gameplay footage of each of them using their own particular fighting skills in battle. For example, Yukiko is seen using fighting along with her Persona. However, the 2D layout and visual style make clear that this is first and foremost a BlazBlue game with additional features taken from other games.

Previously announced fighters include Rachel Alucard, Hazama, Jin Kisaragi, Ragna the Bloodedge, and Noel Vermillion from BlazBlue, Yosuke Hanamura, Yu Narukami, and Chie Satonaka from Persona 4 Arena, Hyde, Linne, and Waldstein from Under Night In-Birth; and Ruby Rose and Weiss Schnee from RWBY.

The game, coming to PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC, will be the first one to be released by Arc System Works themselves after the opening of their North American offices. Previously their games were published by third companies like Aksys.

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle launches in North America and Europe in 2018, with a release date yet to be confirmed. Watch the new trailer before.
