The newest BitLife challenge, the Generous Boss Challenge, has arrived! One of the most complicated aspects of this challenge is making enough money to pay your employees! Supplying an average pay is already difficult, but paying big bucks adds another layer! What does this mean? I’m here to tell you the answer! This guide will explain how to pay your employees the big bucks for the Generous Boss Challenge in BitLife.

How to Pay Your Employees the Big Bucks in BitLife

Before beginning this adventure, make sure you have the Business Special Career Pack. Without it, you can’t start a business in the first place, let alone begin paying your employees! It costs real-world money to buy it, meaning you won’t be able to finish the challenge without spending money. You can buy it individually or purchase Boss Mode for every available pack.

Once you’ve bought the Business job pack, create a character and age up until you turn 18. Head into the Business tab under Special Careers and buy the business of your choice. While a cheap one like a Food Truck or Gift Shop is a much safer option, it’s entirely up to you what you create.

After starting your first business, make sure you continue having high profits to ensure you can pay for the significant salary boost. Below are some tips to try out:

  • Launch your first product and try to get a cheap but high-quality supplier.
  • Age up to find your first Fiscal Year report.
  • Make the necessary changes to your production according to the report and predicted trends.
  • If you plan on buying facilities to increase production, ensure you only do this when you can afford to pay high wages to more employees. While selling more products will benefit you in the long-term, it comes with the risk of having too high salary expenses.

BitLife: How to Fire Employees From Your Business

When you feel it’s safe to start increasing wages, head into the Job category, select your company and scroll down until you find payroll. Drag the compensation bar to the far right until it says “Big Bucks”. While this isn’t a huge increase if you only have a dozen or so employees, it’ll start to add up once you have 100 or more.

Once you provide “Big Bucks” salaries to your employees for over ten years, you will successfully finish part of the Generous Boss Challenge in BitLife. For more information about a previous BitLife challenge, visit our coverage here.
