Becoming a famous musician is one of the many paths that you can go down in BitLife. If you do decide to go down that road, you will be striving to get your music to Platinum. There is something even beyond that, however: the Double Platinum. This is not an easy task to complete, so allow me to help you! This guide will show you how to get Double Platinum in BitLife.
How to Get a Double Platinum in BitLife
To start your path to getting that elusive Double Platinum in BitLife, you will need to start getting your character good at singing. You can start this when your character reaches eight, which allows them to start taking singing lessons. This is done by selecting Mind & Body in the Activities tab. At the bottom of the tab, you will find voice lessons, select this and keep them up until they reach at least 90% completion. Be aware that each of these lessons becomes $500 when your character reaches 18, so make sure you get that completion percentage up as much as you can. Once this is done and your character reaches 90%, you will be able to go to the Occupation tab and become a famous musician under Special Careers. When deciding what type of performer you want to be, make sure you go down the single artist route. Before doing that, however, release a few albums to build your name. With a name already built, it can increase the chances of one of your singles going Platinum and even Double Platinum.
The Double Platinum is achieved when one of your singles reaches 2,000,000 copies sold. This is where a fair bit of luck comes in. All of the things that we covered here about increasing your character’s singing ability can increase your chances of getting more sales. As such, you are going to need to keep producing music, and eventually, over time, one of your songs will reach the threshold.
