There are many career routes you may choose in BitLife. There are also many opportunities to become famous if you want to live in the spotlight. The newest BitLife challenge, the Elf Challenge, tasks players with being born a male in New York, giving gifts to over 30 people, and becoming famous authors. By the end of this guide, you will learn how to become a famous author in BitLife.
How to Become a Famous Author in BitLife
Before becoming a famous author, you must first become a regular writer. When you create a new character, age up the character until they turn 18. If you are trying to complete the ongoing Elf Challenge, your character should be a male born in New York. While becoming a writer does not require post-secondary education, you will need to graduate high school to be qualified for the job. Whether you pursue a university degree or related education is entirely up to personal preference, but it is not required to become a famous writer.
Navigate to the occupation category once your character turns 18 and select full-time job listings. Check the listings for a writer position. If it does not appear, age up and check the listings every year until it shows up. If you are unlucky, it may take several years before you find it. Upon applying for the job, you will be prompted with an interview question. If your interview is accepted, you will become a writer. Upon becoming a writer, maintain your performance by selecting “Work Harder” every year under the writer job category. After a few years, you will see a pop-up notifying you that you have officially become a famous author.
