How to Become a Brain Surgeon in BitLife
Before becoming a brain surgeon, your character must go to medical school. When you create a new character, age up until they turn 18. By this time, you will complete high school and be prompted to either take time off or apply for university. Choose to pursue a university education and select a science degree like biology or psychology. If your character is not already wealthy, having high smarts and applying for a scholarship will help you prevent financial struggles since the school will fully cover your tuition. Alternatively, if you are rejected for a scholarship, you can work a part-time job and gather enough savings to pay for the tuition with cash.
Once you graduate from university, go back to the education tab and select medical school. As long as you have high smarts stats and successfully graduated from university with a science degree, you should not have any issues being accepted into medical school. The program will last seven years and cost several hundreds of thousands of dollars. Make sure your character has plenty of savings, a job, or generous parents to help pay for the tuition costs.
When you graduate from medical school, you will be eligible to apply for the brain surgeon position. Go to the full-time job postings tab and scroll down until you find a brain surgeon position. If you do not see it right away, age up and check again until it appears. Since it is a relatively high-paying job, it should appear near the top of your job listings. Choose to apply for the job and answer the interview question. If you are accepted during the interview, you will become a brain surgeon.
