BioWare is no stranger to merchandise surrounding its key franchises. With the successes of both Mass Effect and Dragon Age, gamers around the world have been captivated long after completing either series and have wanted their own IRL gear to commemorate their passion for them. With both the N7 Helmet and Light-Up Omni Blade, those wanting to honor their journey as Commander Shepard in style have been able to do so easily. And now, those of you who preferred the more tech-related playstyles of Mass Effect can live out their dreams as well. Today, BioWare has announced a new Mass Effect Sentry Interface replica for you to BioWear (I’m sorry you had to read that), with a crowdsourcing goal of 3,000 orders. If you need an idea of how awesome that can be, check out the full display below!

No, you sadly can’t use it to operate turrets in real life (yet) but you can sure feel awesome in it. The Sentry Interface is built with a carbon fiber texture, a full visor, and of course light-up display, letting it feel animated just like it does in the real game. It likely feels a lot more comfortable too, featuring two thermoplastic nose guards and an adjustable strap. This isn’t your fan-made piece of gear by any stretch, as the Mass Effect Sentry Interface is built to last.

That is if the team can get enough support. As of writing, BioWare has funded 517 of the 3000 minimum pre-orders needed to greenlight the project. Should the project hit this mark, it’ll go into full production and is expected to ship in September 2022 (30 days earlier for early birds). If you’re considering purchasing one yourself, you can get yours at just $50, which come to think of it is pretty cheap for merch like this for any video game. Be sure to hop on the campaign page and make your pre-order.

Will you be scoring one of BioWare’s IRL Mass Effect Sentry Interfaces? What’s your favorite playstyle (and why is it not Infiltrator you heathen)? Let me know!
