This is a direct result of the world now knowing the word and not fully knowing what it exactly means. But hey, when you have the masses educating themselves, everyone wins.

For those who don’t know, a renaissance is defined as the revival of art and literature under the influence of classical models in the 14th–16th centuries. In this case, we are sure she means the second definition. A revival or a renewed interest in something. A nod to her new music and how she wants the whole world to hear it.
Beyonce’s Renaissance will be her 7th solo record, and the hype train is chugging along. But the fact that half the world is googling the R-word shows this diva’s true reach. The album was announced last Thursday, and the word was trending by this Thursday. How many pop stars have that kind of impact on pop culture? Not many. Add to that this is her first full record since 2016, and people are excited.
Renaissance drops at the end of July, just in time for the peak Summer months. No singles have been released yet, but that makes us want it more. With Beyonce Renaissance being a Google trend, Bey isn’t going anywhere. Safe to say, the album will be another platinum record for the megastar. Generally, a new record means a new tour as well.
