Bethesda highly rumored next IP, called “Starfield,” has returned to be at the center of the speculations on the Internet and in forums, where people keep wondering what it might be if and when it gets confirmed to be in the making.

Interestingly, during the last few hours, Starfield has made a great comeback in the anticipation of gamers, mainly because a ResetEra user has hinted at the fact he or she has information about the new intellectual property from the creators of Fallout and The Elder Scrolls.

User Potterson has provided an answer to the doubts of people about whether it might be a mobile game, saying “no, it is not, and it is coming this fall, so just wait for E3.” So it would be a very quick game to be launched only couple months after the announcement, as it happened with Fallout 4.

Further clarifying his or her position, Potterson said that “Nah, sorry. Not really an “insider” or “press sneak fu**”. Just happen to know something so I thought I share. I can’t say more yet.”

Moderators on ResetEra have received more details about who’s this person and have let the thread be, as they look quite convincing and the team can’t verify any of it. At this point, it’s just on Potterson when it’ll be confirmed or not that this game really exists.

“At this time administrators cannot verify the contents of the quoted post made by Potterson in this thread are accurate. However, the user has shared information with us that suggests they could be in a position to know the information they claim in the post. As always, ResetEra members take full responsibility for what they post,” the moderator’s team at ResetEra said.

Bethesda’s E3 2018 press conference kicks off on June 10, so we’ll only have to wait a couple months before everything gets clearer. The original rumor about Starfield claimed it’s set in the same universe of the other IP from the BGS, more precisely in a sci-fi past in the same timeline followed by Fallout and The Elder Scrolls.
