Terraria has many fun seeds for you to experiment with, but you can also access maps in the game for two purposes. The first is to start a whole new adventure, and the second is to bring items from another world back to your primary world. In the following sections, you’ll find interesting worlds to visit and worlds with easy items to plunder.

Drunk World

  • Seed: 5162020

When you look at the seed and turn it into a date, it becomes 5/16/2020, which is Terraria’s ninth birthday. The world is much different and much more vibrant. Despite the name, it’s not a drinking simulator or anything like that. Instead, you get more regular and colorful trees such as Sakura trees.

The loading screen for building the map goes out of control with many seed numbers. Upon entering, the Guide is replaced by a Party Girl, and the music is different. The cactuses have grown taller, and there are more pyramid-shaped structures. The floating islands are made of snow and sand, and everything is slightly off. You can play the game just to move all around the map if you already have a good character to use.

Fast Muramasa

  • Seed: 1.1.1.301989527

Of all swords, the Night’s Edge sword has the highest possible base damage (a Muramasa is required to obtain it). It’s hard to do, which is understandable since you’re on the way to a high-leveled sword, but instead of digging through golden chests, you can go to this seed instead. From the spawn point, head left, and you’ll find a dungeon entrance. Beat Skeletron and then go deeper until you see a painting of a skull. After that, turn right and go through the door until you reach a dead end. By digging through the wall, you will find a golden chest containing the Muramasa.

Is it unfair? Sure, but isn’t it unfair to spend golden keys on a handful of golden chests when only one Muramasa is rewarded?

Not the bees

  • Seed: not the bees

Yes, this is a silly world to go to, but it’s too fun to ignore. All of the water is replaced by honey, and the map essentially becomes a honey hive. There are jungles and honey blocks everywhere, and you won’t have to wait long until you see larvae. The Merchant has also replaced the Guide. A giant bee will appear when you destroy a few hives, so be careful.

Many players have made entire towns from this seed, like hives for players. Although this isn’t the main Terraria experience, it’s still fun to go to.

Double jump Seed

  • Seed: 1211831599

It is specifically designed to help you improve your double jump. A cloud in the bottle is known to most players, which creates a cloud from which you can jump a second time in the air. The seed contains a sandstorm in a bottle located west of the spawn point in a pyramid. Sandstorm in a bottle gives you a much greater boost and sends you soaring.

Free loot seed

  • Seed: 3.3.2.1295721258

If you’re looking for a seed with a lot of loot to bring back to your regular world, then this is the seed for you. There are Water Walking Boots in the east ocean, an anklet of wind, ice stakes, aglet, lava charm, and a few others right near your spawn point. You can just take what you want when you’re done and head home.

Celebrationmk10

  • Seed: 05162011Seed: celebrationmk10

To access this seed, use either of the seed codes above. There is a similarity between the number code for this seed and that of the drunken seed above; this seed is 05/16/2011, the day Terraria was released. Terraria’s tenth birthday is celebrated with a much bigger seed for this occasion.

The player is spawned on the beach with the Guide, the Princess, the Party Girl, and the Town Bunny. There will be a party that matches the brightly colored world that has been painted, and you’ll find the Best modifier in every chest. This is really just a celebratory seed.
