Overall, there’s a high chance of finding Rivercress Stems next to any place there is a river. For example, along the river that runs across the border of Windsward and First Light is also a good area to search for Rivercrest as well.
However, before going after this plant, you will need to have at least level 30 in harvesting - as a side note, we highly recommend using the resource map over at newworldfans.com to help find any resource including Rivercrest in the game.
Luckily you can raise this by low-level farming plants such as hemp, which we highly recommend doing in case you need to make bullets.
