In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, every Pokémon has unique stats that focus on specific aspects of their combat technique. There are six stats for each Pokémon, including HP, Attack, Special Attack, Defense, Special Defense, and Speed.
Best Natures
When choosing a Nature, the best option is most often to focus on choosing a Nature that boosts one of their highest stats and lowers the stat that you will use least often. However, Tangela and Tangrowth both have Special Attack stats similar to their Defense stat, so choosing which one to focus on is up to user preference.

How to choose the best Nature
To determine the best Nature for any Pokémon, you must consider which stats are most beneficial. Since Defense is the Best stat for Tangela and Tangrowth, and Speed is the lowest for both, it’s best to give them a Relaxed or Sassy Nature. This method makes their already low-Speed stat even lower, though, so you’ll only want to use special attacks/abilities in battle instead of physical attacks/abilities.
