How to choose the best Nature
We recommend going with the Quiet nature for Rufflet and Hisuian Braviary. They have a high Special Attack and, with the extra boost, will be able to hit even harder. While the increase to Speed is always helpful, they are in a range of Speed where the boost won’t make enough of a difference to sacrifice the extra Special Attack.
While the Quiet nature is our preferred, you could still go with the Timid nature. If you go this route, you will want to prioritize learning special attacks over physical ones. Having a boost to Speed will let you outspeed Pokémon it normally wouldn’t.
