In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, every Pokémon has unique stats that focus on specific aspects of their combat technique. There are six stats for each Pokémon, including HP, Attack, Special Attack, Defense, Special Defense, and Speed.
Best Natures
When choosing a Nature, the best option is most often to focus on choosing a Nature that boosts one of their highest stats and lowers the stat that you will use least often. Buneary and Lopunny both have exceptional Speed stats and low Special Attack stat. Because of this, they both have the same best Nature.

How to choose the best Nature
To determine the best Nature for any Pokémon, you must consider which stats are most beneficial. For Lopunny, you can choose between boosting its Attack or Speed. Still usually best to boost a Pokémon’s strongest trait.
If you want to play into their strongest stat (Speed), your choices are Jolly, Hasty, Naive, or Timid. If you think its Speed is high enough, you can instead opt to go with a Nature that boosts their Attack stat. Either way, neither of them have a high Special Attack stat, so you want to only use physical Attacks and use Jolly or Adamant to sacrifice the Special Attack stat.
