With Regirock as this week’s Raid Hour Pokémon, you can bet there will be plenty of trainers using it in Battle Leagues on Pokémon Go. If you can catch one of these Pokémon, you can make sure you frequently come out with a victory by finding the best movesets for it to use.
Regirock is a Rock-type Pokémon with no other type, which is about middle-of-the-road when it comes to type effectiveness. As such, you might be better off focusing on one of the other attack types that Regirock can use, especially Fighting or Lightning attacks.
