Banners in Minecraft allow for lots of customization. Players can create many different designs and patterns on the banners. Some designs are more complex than others, but with the help of a loom the sky is the limit for what players can create.
Fox Banner
This banner with a fox design is on the complicated side, but it is definitely worth it. This design has a lot of detail, and if the primary orange color is changed to gray it can double as a wolf banner as well.
Steps (All designs can be found by name in the loom crafting menu):
- Base - White BannerStep 1 - Black LozengeStep 2 - Orange Bordure IndentedStep 3 - Orange RoundelStep 4 - Orange Creeper ChargeStep 5 - Orange Inverted Chevron
American Flag Banner
This flag design is super simple and can be made quickly. It only takes two steps in the loom and, with the designs available in the loom, many other flags can be made as well.
Steps (All designs can be found by name in the loom crafting menu):
- Base - Red BannerStep 1 - White PalyStep 2 - Blue Chief Dexter Canton
The Hylian Shield Banner
This banner is a bit complex and takes a flower charge to make, but the design is great. It is perfect for Zelda fans and looks very nice on the walls of a castle or base.
- Base - Blue BannerStep 1 - Red Flower ChargeStep 2 - Blue Per FessStep 3 - Yellow Inverted ChevronStep 4 - Blue Chief FessStep 5 - Light Gray Bordure Indented
Villager Face Banner
This villager banner design is great for players making their own shops or villager pins. There are five steps in the loom for this design but they are not difficult to do once players get ahold of brown dye.
- Base - White BannerStep 1 - Green LozengeStep 2 - Brown Base FessStep 3 - Orange FessStep 4 - Brown BordureStep 5 - Black PaleStep 6 - Brown Per Fess
Panda Banner
This Panda design requires both a flower charge and a creeper charge, so it is a bit more difficult than the other banners but it is well worth it.
- Base - White BannerStep 1 - Black Flower ChargeStep 2 - White Per Fess InvertedStep 3 - Black Chief IndentedStep 4 - White FessStep 5 - Black Creeper ChargeStep 6 - White Base Fess
