Since SP-R 208 is a bolt-action Marksman Rifle, by default, its fire rate and mobility are lacking. But its downsides can be mitigated with a few Attachment tweaks, making it exceptionally accurate and devastating. As long as your aim is true, a single tap should down any opponent you’re aiming at.
