Greedent arrived in UNITE’s Defender Pokémon roster during the game’s Halloween Festival Event. This creative Pokémon stashes, drops, and consumes small fruits on the battlefields to deal some major damage to the opposing Pokémon.

Best Greedent Builds in Pokémon UNITE

The Defender class in Pokémon UNITE has high endurance and excels at protecting allies and hindering opponents. This build works in any lane and revolves around stashing berries and spamming Greedent’s move, Stuff Cheeks to recover HP. Then, persistently use the Defender Pokémon’s Belch move, to spit at enemy Pokémon with a full load of berries still stashed away.

Along with the build’s Held Items and some tips for switching up the build’s moves set, take a look at our sure-shot Greedent build for players to explore with on the UNITE battlefields.

Moves Set

  • Tackle (Lev. 1)Drops several Berries for Greedent to eat and recover HP. If recovered HP exceeds its max, all extra HP converts into a shield effect.Stuff Cheeks (Lev. 5)Drops several Berries for Greedent to eat and recover HP. If recovered HP exceeds its max, and all extra HP converts into a shield effect.Belch (Lev. 7) After consuming all Berries stashed away in its tail, Greedent burps at enemy Pokémon to decrease their movement speeds and damage those in the AoE.Berry Belly Flop (Lev. 9 Unite Move)An area attack move requires Greedent to eat a Berry and recover HP before leaping into a designated area. Greedent then deals damage by throwing all enemy Pokémon in the AoE.

Held Items

  • Focus BandContinually restores the Pokémon’s HP for a short time when the Pokémon drops to low HP.Buddy BarrierGrants a shield to the Pokémon and to nearby allies with the lowest HP when the Pokémon uses its Unite Move.Rocky HelmetDeals damage to nearby opposing Pokémon when the holder receives damage.

Battle Item

  • Eject Button (Lev. 11)Quickly moves the players’ Pokémon in the designated direction.

Switch up the build and swap out Greedent’s Stuff Cheeks move for Covet. The speed increase that this move provides is nuts. Greedent smashes into enemy Pokémon, dealing damage by hitting and throwing them. If it’s timed right, players can use Covet while using Belch and Tackle. Fumble the timing and players will overshoot the trifecta-powered blow.

For the Held Items, Players can swap Focus Band and Rocky Helmet for Attack Weight and Score Shield. These items provide players with a shield while the Pokémon attempts to score a goal and increases their Attack after successfully scoring a goal.
