In New World, the Fire Staff is a weapon that must be used masterfully in a build. Due to this, it may not be the friendliest starting weapon for new players. However, no matter the players starting skill level with this weapon, they should be able to enjoy it with one of these builds.
The Fire Staff & Ice Gauntlet Build
One of the best fire staff builds is to pair the fire staff with the ice gauntlet. As they are both mage weapons based on the Intelligence attribute, they go well together. The ice gauntlet offers AOE and CC to pair with the fire staff’s more pointed attacks.
