The Sims 4 community is one of the most creative communities in all of gaming, which makes sense due to the game’s design with creativity in mind.
This is no more apparent than with the custom, fan-made houses you can find and download in the game. There are some absolutely incredible houses that you can move your Sim into that others have built, some of them based on pop culture and some just made up from scratch.
No matter what, there are a ton that we love but we have narrowed our top ten choices down right here.
Alpine Dream Mansion
Enjoy a lush, mountain setting with this mansion, which boasts 3 stories, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Plus, you have plenty of things to enjoy like a sunroom and an indoor swimming pool.
Bilbo’s Hobbit Village
Head back to Middle-Earth without having to worry about the threat of the One Ring and Sauron’s army. This home is built to look like a collection of Hobbit Holes from the Shire, however, it is actually one big house that feels underground. It has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, which gives plenty of room to move into.
Flying Dream Home
Another magical experience awaits you with this floating house that you can live in. While only coming with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, the house just looks incredible and is perfect for any lone Sims you are trying to help find a home.
Hogwarts
How could you not want to live in the iconic setting from Harry Potter? It is faithfully recreated here with the classic locations from the series, such as the lake, greenhouse, library, and much more. It comes with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, so there is plenty of space for your Sims.
Martian Starter
Live like an alien with this home from another world. It comes with a classic science fiction style to it and even has a satellite for you to communicate with your home planet with.
Mermaid Beach Shack
Live a little in an island paradise with the Mermaid Beach Shack. It’s a smaller house but it is perfect if you are looking to keep things on the down-low. It features a tropical garden as well as a beachfront cabana.
Silent Hill House
Make your living situation a little spookier with this haunted house. Designed around the classic game series, this house is full of creepy decor with its abandoned aesthetic and boarded-up windows.
The Beast’s Castle
Our nerdiness is in full display again with our love for this house, which is based off of the classic story and Disney movie, recreated to near-perfection. Set in a snowy environment, the castle has a wonderfully gothic feeling to it and plenty of space to inhabit.

We love this house because of its modelling after a riverboat, surrounded by water. It has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so a good amount of space, plus the decor is bright and it comes already furnished so you won’t have to worry about that.
Waterfall Country Cottage
Look how gorgeous this house is? It has a waterfall next to it, which has to put it up there for you. It also comes with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so there is a good amount of space. But it just looks so cool that we have to put it on this list, regardless. We can’t get over it.
