Bethesda has revealed The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Collector’s Edition that will be available at launch this November. The edition is said to be “extremely limited” and it’s priced at $149.99. So what do you get for your cash? The game has three major pieces with the centerpiece being a 12″ statue of Alduin.
The Alduin statue is made of high quality PVC and is modeled from actual in game 3D digital files. As you can see in the image above, he sits perched atop one of the game’s dragon walls. Also included in the Collector’s Edition, you’ll get The Art of Skyrim Official Art Book. The book holds 200 pages of full color illustrations, sketches and models that were used in creating The Elder Scrolls V. Finally, you’ll also get a making of DVD. The DVD details behind the scenes footage about the creation process for the game taking you from concept to creation, showing off the history behind the developers of The Elder Scrolls franchise.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim launches on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC this November. No word on how many of these Collector’s Editions will be made.
