Hello there, ladies and gentlemen. Are you ready to rock? Are you ready or not? Alright, I know that opening is a little beat cheesy, but it does fit the overall theme of this article  Over the last five years, the amount of music-based videogames has greatly diminished. No longer does Rockband and Guitar Hero dominate the industry. When was the last time you met with your friends to play Rockband or Guitar Hero; the answer will shock you. Luckily, music games are making a resurgence. The latest two music games to be revealed are Fuser and Beats of Fury.

At PAX East 2020, Harmonix revealed Fuser; however, Bubble Head Games beat Harmonix to resurrect the music genre. In 2016, Bubble Head Games originally demoed Beats of Fury to the world. If you are like me, you probably have not heard of either title before 2020; however, Beats of Fury takes a different approach to the music genre compared to its competition. An approach that has rarely been seen, if ever. You may be asking, what is Beats of Fury and I think that their description does it justice.
