Owners of the Xbox One version of Battlefield Hardline may have a hard time trying to connect to the game’s servers.
The official Battlefield Twitter page announced:
“We are aware of #BFHardline connectivity issues on Xbox One. We’ve got our best on it and hope to resolve soon. Thanks for your patience.”
This is not a good look for EA. It doesn’t appear to be a widespread issue with other platforms of Battlefield Hardline. It’s still disappointing EA is having server issues with the Xbox One version of game.
Battlefield 4 had server issues when it came out in late 2013. This annoyed a lot of gamers and many updates had to be made to make the game playable online.
Hopefully the Battlefield Hardline server issues for Xbox One gets fixed promptly. Dragon Ball Xenoverse was the last game to suffer server issues. Last year, the likes of Driveclub and Halo: The Master Chief Collection had connectivity issues as well.
A lot of Xbox One gamers are upset that Battlefield Hardline’s issues were not addressed before launch. The game had multiple betas, plus Battlefield 4 was a perfect example of how to not launch a game out too early.
Update:
The Battlefield Twitter page announced:
“We’ve identified the connectivity issues on Xbox One are due to DDoS attack and working to resolve. Apologies for the inconvenience.”
