The Battlefield 4 Premium service will include five expansion packs, similar to the offering found in Battlefield 3 Premium.

In the Gamescom reveal, DICE also announced their plans for Battlefield Premium. The second phase of the online subscription will cost $50 and will be transferrable from Xbox 360 to Xbox One as well as from PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4.It was hinted that Gamescom would see some fresh information about Naval Warfare in Battlefield 4, and it turns out that this was entirely true. The latest gameplay trailer for Battlefield 4 is called “Paracel Storm”, and feature 64-player action with a focus on naval combat.

Battlefield 4 is due out on October 29th on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. With an Xbox One and PS4 version due shortly thereafter.
