Bam Margera will not be a part of Jackass Forever. But this is not without good reason. The former Jackass is saying an illegal firing is his motivation. And the former Jackass star is now planning on suing co-stars, the director, and Paramount.

Bam Margera Sues Co-Stars, Staff of Jackass Forever

In a suit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the former Jackass star alleges wrongdoing. While co-workers and production cite an addiction problem, the television personality suggests otherwise. In his suit, the crew stands accused of firing him illegally. As for a reason? His lawyer cites a drug test showing a positive reading for Adderall. But, according to the lawyer, this drug is necessary for the treatment of ADD.

Additionally, the former Jackass star’s suit references a 2019 visit to a drug rehab facility. Johnny Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine, and director Spike Jonze had stopped by unannounced. To appear in the movie, he is suggesting being ‘coerced’ into signing a wellness agreement. Bam Margera is the only one who won’t be in Jackass Forever.

Through his lawyer, the former Jackass star stated: “I am pissed-off, angry, hurt, and shattered that … the studios and producers ripped off my creativity.” He also goes on to say that, without him, there is no brand.

Johnny Knoxville had spoken to GQ about Bam Margera and Jackass Forever. He stated that he just wanted his co-star to get better. It’s interesting that he would say that. And it may suggest that his old co-worker may still have problems.
