Alicia Vikander, who plays Lara Croft in the new movie, gives bad news for the long-awaited movie Tomb Raider 2. The issues with the movie, which was previously confirmed to be in progress, do not end. The new movie experienced considerable delays because of the coronavirus pandemic. Now, other problems are popping up.

However, it seems that things are not going well for Tomb Raider 2. In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Tomb Raider Star Alicia Vikander gives disappointing updates to fans. Lara Croft might not return to cinemas soon because recent developments delayed the film again.

The original Tomb Raider was released in 2018. The film, starring Vikander, adapted the events from 2013’s Rise of Tomb the Raider game. The film had a worldwide total of $274.7 million. Currently, the film has no timeline for release.
