The Backstreet Boys are hosting an ABC holiday special, and it will have many special guests. Seth Rogen will narrate the special “A Very Backstreet Holiday” on ABC with Kevin, Nick, Brian, AJ, and Howie. Meghan Trainor, Rob Riggle, and Nikki Glaser are just a few of the special guests for the special. Seth Rogen first became acquainted with the group in 2013 when he invited them to be a part of his comedy film This Is the End. AJ kept in touch with the comedian after his work with Rogen. The group had also worked with Rogen for his charity, Hilarity for Charity. The Backstreet Boys have been reaching out to their contacts to make a star-studded holiday special. Rogen told them to let him know if they needed anything, and the group has taken him up on that offer. Kevin, Nick, Brian, AJ, and Howie will be present.

Kevin, Nick, Brian, AJ, and Howie Stay Jolly Despite Recent Tragedy

Nick Carter’s younger brother Aaron Carter died last month at only 34 years old. He expressed his feelings on his little brother’s death and has since been processing it. One of the big reasons for the special “A Very Backstreet Holiday” on ABC is because of the chaos of the world today. Kevin, Nick, Brian, AJ, and Howie know that their group has been around long enough to be a point of nostalgia for fans. That isn’t an exaggeration, the Backstreet Boys will have been together 30 years in 2023. They will perform hits from their tenth album, A Very Backstreet Christmas. The Backstreet Boys discussed making a holiday album, and this ABC holiday special grew out of it. Some of the songs they’ll sing include “Christmas in New York,” “Together,” and “Happy Days.” A little holiday cheer definitely won’t hurt.

Watch “A Very Backstreet Holiday” on ABC on Wednesday, Dec. 14, at 8 p.m. ET.
