Bachelor Nation alum JJ Lane and his wife Kayla Hughes recently had a baby. You may remember Lane from his eleventh-season stint on The Bachelorette. He also went on to Bachelor in Paradise soon after. Though he did not win the heart of the woman he was courting on the show, he found the real thing not long after. And these two just sealed the deal with the birth of their first child. Lane has one child with his ex, as well.
The two got engaged in 2019 and are now welcoming their first child together. Nelle Eden Lane was born healthy on July 21st, coming in at a whopping seven pounds and ten ounces. It’s a big step up from playing the villain.

The doting couple has been praising their child proudly on social media. And no need to worry about any drama between his older child and younger. He has said his daughter Gemma has been Nelle’s biggest supporter. She can’t wait to introduce her sister to the sport of hockey. Overall, their life is like a genuine Hallmark film. They look like the family in the photo that comes with the frame.

Kayla also shared the sweet snaps on her Instagram, calling Nelle an “angel baby.” “She is perfect and we are so in love,” she wrote. “I couldn’t have asked for a better man to be my child’s father and she has the best big sister in the world! I’m so in love with our little family.”
