Platinum Games has released 27 amazing new screenshots for the Nintendo Wii U exclusive, Bayonetta 2. You can also view the cover for the game at the end of the slideshow.
As announced at E3, some special Nintendo costumes will be available for Bayonetta to wear in Bayonetta 2. This includes Nintendo favorites such as Link, Samus and even Princess Peach. I would say Princess Peach and Samus suits Bayonetta the best. She looks a kind of awkward wearing Link’s iconic green outfit for some reason. It will be interesting to see if other Nintendo outfits will become available in the game. Imagine what she will look like dressed up as Luigi.
In terms of the rest of the screenshots, Bayonetta 2 looks beautiful. Not only that, but there will be a lot of big bosses she will have to defeat. The screenshots also show just how good a Wii U game can look like. The system may not be powerful as a PS4 and Xbox One, but Bayonetta 2 still looks pretty.
Bayonetta 2 is released in Japan first on September 20th before heading to North America and Europe sometime in October 2014.
