The highly anticipated new trailer for Avengers: Endgame has dropped, and it’s a doozy. With the movies impending release in a little over a month, anticipation is at a fever pitch. It’s been over ten years since Iron Man first graced screens, and with Endgame, the 3rd phase in Marvels plans are about to conclude in glorious fashion. See the new trailer below:
There is just so much to breakdown from that sneak-peek. The first half of the trailer is kind of a look back. We see Tony when he first escapes the terrorist group and we get a shot of wimpy Captain America before his transformation. We eventually get to see Hawkeye make an appearance, someone who was noticeably absent in Infinity War. Black Widow, Rocket, War Machine, and Ant-Man all pop up throughout the trailer.
Nebula, everyone’s favorite ex-Thanos “Daughter” comes roaring back. A fan favorite since her debut in the first Guardians, Nebula looks to be truly joining forces with Stark and the gang. The final shot of the team marching towards destiny in their all-white suites is enough to give any viewer goosebumps.
Captain Marvel is killing it at the box office and fans get a tiny glimpse of her at the very end of the new trailer. We still don’t know how she fits in the larger story arc, but we’ll certainly take all the Captain Marvel we can get.
Very little is known about Avengers: Endgame but we can start to piece together what little information the trailer has given us. The year wait is almost up, but until the April 26threlease date, fans of the MCU will have to keep guessing a little longer. The biggest question on my mind is what happened to Captain America’s beard?!?
