The Xbox Games with Gold for the August lineup has been confirmed. Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers get four games in August. Calico, ScourgeBringer, Saints Row 2, and Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine will be available for download starting next month.
Xbox Games with Gold August 2022 Includes 4 Titles
The lineup for August’s Games with Gold has been revealed. Run a cat café in Calico and play ScourgeBringer, a rogue-lite platformer, for the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Win respect, reclaim your territory in Saint’s Row 2 with Backward Compatibility, and pull off the robbery of a lifetime in Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine. Calico will be playable from the first to the last day of August. Saints Row 2 will be available for a few weeks, from August 1st to August 15th, while Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine will be accessible for the second part of August, from August 16th to August 31st. Lastly, ScourgeBringer will be playable from August 16th to September 15th. The total value of the August Games with Gold is $53.96.

Like the August list, Xbox One games aren’t always well known. Calico, an independent community sim where users run a cat café, received mixed reviews when it was released in late 2020. Also, the hack-and-slash platformer ScourgeBringer was made available on Xbox Game Pass when it first debuted in February.
Xbox 360 games will no longer be available to Xbox Live Gold users starting in August, capping a nine-year run that began with the launch of Xbox Live Games with Gold at E3 2013. The program will switch to more recent games starting in September 2022.
On the other hand, Beasts of Maravilla Island, Torchlight, and Relicta are still accessible with July’s Games with Gold, but it is worth noting that they will expire on July 31st.
