The world of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is massive. Conflicts interrupt the peace among neighboring countries, the mountains shelter vicious beings of both man and animal, and a tiny house in Lunden that implies the residency of a wizard. It’s not too difficult to find this little easter egg, and I’ll show you how you visit the Harry Potter house in Lunden.
Are You In There, Mr. Potter?
Before venturing off to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Lunden, make sure your Power Level is close to 90 or above. In the case you run into trouble, a few strikes from an enemy can be a buzzkill as you locate the house. On a side note, I found this Harry Potter easter egg completely by accident. I was just exploring Lunden, looking for Wealth and the Order when I came across a mysterious key. Little did I know, I found something pretty special.
Firstly, head near the Thames River in the south of Lunden, where people live and trade amid homes and changing structures. Refer to the picture below to find the general area for the house.
Next, by using Odin Sight, find a key on a nearby house on its second floor. It’s hidden away by some movable crates. It won’t say what it’s for, but you can use it for a closeby locked door that’s being guarded by a snake. The snake can be killed by a couple of strikes, and you can enter through the door without getting bit. No one else will disturb you, so you’re free to roam through the tiny living space.
If you’re having trouble finding the house, there’s a speaking man in white clothing sitting right outside. He won’t converse with you, but he won’t stop talking; can’t miss him.
The biggest hint to keep in mind when looking for the right house can be confirmed by glancing at the wall on the left side. There are four different colored banners: blue, red, green, and orange-yellow. For fans of the Harry Potter franchise, they’ll know right away that these four colors represent the four houses in Hogwarts, the school in which Harry himself attends. Blue for Ravenclaw, red for Gryffindor, green for Slytherin, and orange-yellow for Hufflepuff.
Enchanted Harry Potter List
On the opposite side, there are some potions that reference the magical mixtures the characters create in-and-out of class. But the big kicker is what is on the table. Next to a readable note, there are several items that can easily be distinguished by the biggest fans of Harry Potter. On the list, it reads:
1 – Diary 2 – Ring 3 – Locket 4 – Cup 5 – Diadem 6 – Snake 7 – ???
These are the Horcruxes from the series, the source of Voldemort’s immortality. The seventh item cannot be found, for it is Harry, and it could hint that a wizard might be lurking around somewhere in Lunden. Or perhaps a dark witch is living near your settlement? There must be, for someone has to own that wooden wand on the right side of the table. Also, you can’t find the snake on the table, because you already killed it before breaking into the house.
Lastly, loot the chest and you’ll receive some silver and a bright pink stone, resembling something very close to the Philosopher’s Stone. It’s a Minor Light Rune for Weapons that decreases the Weight by -1.0, so you can definitely use it on your quests to find more treasure.

That about does it for visiting the Harry Potter house. It is small, but there’s enough nostalgia in the room to make this trip worthwhile. If I happen to find a wizard that completes the list, I’ll be sure to share that journey as well. As for now, keep on enjoying Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and stay safe out there!
